Pool basins made of rpool.eu polystyrene blocks provide double thermal
insulation and allow for any shape of the basin. After reinforcement,
the blocks can be poured with concrete from a concrete mixer or a pump,
and thanks to the perfect shape matching, they can be folded like "LEGO"
blocks.
In the pool, we can make any stairs, shelves, a seat or couches from polystyrene blocks.
Building
a pool with the use of polystyrene blocks is much cheaper than using
the traditional technology of pouring concrete into previously prepared
formwork.

The
polystyrene from which the blocks for the construction of pools are
made does not dissolve in water, does not absorb it and does not swell
under its influence. In addition, it is resistant to acids, bases and
salt solutions. Moreover, it is biologically resistant to mold, fungi
and bacteria. All these factors make polystyrene an ideal material for
building a swimming pool. Under certain conditions, it is possible to
fill the blocks with concrete using a pump in pools with a depth of up
to 200 cm.
Styrofoam blocks are produced in a
straight or bent form with various angles. It is the latter that allow
you to build pools of any shape. The blocks' mounting lugs allow for
quick assembly. The space between the two insulation layers is filled
with concrete, which makes the entire structure rigid.

Strengthened polystyrene block rpool.eu P25/85!
A basic block with dimensions of 100 x 25 x
30 cm from which, after reinforcing it and pouring it with concrete, we
will obtain an insulated wall of the pool basin with a concrete
thickness of approx. 15 cm.
The blocks have an inner wall reinforced, very hard like EPS 85 styrodur.
The
advantage of blocks with this wall is the possibility of laying
geotextiles directly on the wall and lining the wall with foil without
fear that the wall surface is too soft as in the case of EPS 25
polystyrene.
The
material from which the blocks are made is extremely light, and at the
same time very durable, durable and resistant to the harmful effects of
various factors. Our double-density polystyrene blocks have a very
pressure-resistant layer on the inside of the pool, which is why they
are especially durable.
Arched polystyrene block
Arched polystyrene block by RPOOL.EU - a system element for the
construction of swimming pools, produced in a bent form with different
angles.
Dimensions: length 100 cm, width 25 cm, height 30 cm
By
using the widening wedges, the block can be turned into a curved block
with a specific radius of the circle. We have available radius of pulley
curves from R 100 - 700 cm.
For each block you need 4 pieces of widening wedges, which are already included with the block.
The
curved polystyrene block, as well as the straight block, can be easily
replaced with a corner piece with a closed frontal plane by using plugs.
The modified basic block allows for the formation of corners and
facilitates the execution of wall connections and round stairs.
Arch blocks have walls made of EPS 35 polystyrene.
The advantage of blocks with this wall is the possibility of laying
geotextiles directly on the wall and lining the wall with foil without
fear that the wall surface is too soft as in the case of EPS 25
polystyrene.
